Production Drawing Technician - Amico Corporation

Amico is looking for a CAD Technician to join our Production Drawing team! We are looking for a self-driven individual who is able to learn quickly, and excels in a CAD environment.

Responsibilities:

Creating 2D/3D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD and Microvellum software

Maintain and update drawing documentation

Collaboration with the Project Management team.



Qualifications:

Strong understanding of CAD and ability to learn new programs

Ability to create technical drawings

This is an entry level position, 1 - 2 years of experience is an asset but new grads welcome
Strong oral and written communication skills Candidates should be self-starters and have a hands-on approach Ability to work independently Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
