Job Description

Lazy Pants is looking for a sharp, mid-level Production Coordinator - someone experienced in the fashion and apparel industry with Costco (or big box store) experience - to help manage the fast-paced flow between our retail partner, factories, and internal teams. This role blends production know-how, logistics coordination, and confident problem-solving.
Who You Are:
- Experienced working with Costco (Canada/US/International)
- Detail-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Great at anticipating issues and following through
- Strong communicator, team player, and quick learner
What You'll Do:
- Be the key link between Lazy Pants, Costco, and our factories
- Manage timelines, sample approvals, lab dips, and shipping
- Coordinate full shipment process: bookings, documents, billing
- Work closely with logistics to avoid delays
- Stay up to date on Vendor Manuals and compliance
- Keep all stakeholders informed and flag risks early
What You Bring:
- Direct experience with Costco
- Logistics and supply chain knowledge
- Familiarity with apparel production and testing
- Bonus: international shipping and customs experience
