Do you find knocking items off a to do list almost illegally satisfying? The Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Manager of Creative Delivery, the Production Coordinator will work closely with Marketing and Product Managers to ensure creative design projects are on schedule and on budget. Our Production Coordinator will be the key liaison with many external partners. WCLC has the flexibility for this position to be located anywhere within the province of Alberta. The successful candidate will be required to travel to our Stettler office on an as needed basis. The Role:
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a natural organizer who can\xe2\x80\xa6

• Help the Manager of Creative Delivery prioritize and assign projects to our team of talented designers
• Review creative briefs and ensure all necessary information and assets have been received
• Create and maintain workflows and systems using existing and/or new software and online tools
• Organize specifications for print materials
• Source products for promotional materials and print projects
• Coordinate professional and services delivery contracts to develop web and printed assets
• Support additional marketing tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Competencies:
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone with\xe2\x80\xa6

• A degree or diploma in marketing, business, design, or related field
• 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Production, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A positive attitude in approaching work as either an individual contributor or as a member of a team
• A strong understanding of basic printing/production processes
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• High attention to detail
• Great communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal
• The ability to proactively seek out relevant information; take initiative to reach out to team members, vendors, and departments within the organization
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite would be an asset
