Advanced Equipment Inc. is a Richmond-based manufacturer of spiral, tunnel, and packaged industrial freezers with 40 years of industry experience. We are seeking a

Production Coordinator

to help streamline workflow across drafting, cutting, sheet metal, machinery, and welding departments.

What You'll Do

Coordinate release of drawings and ensure timely execution in the shop. Track milestones, balance workloads, and resolve production issues. Keep front-end departments ahead to avoid bottlenecks. Communicate with Engineering, Production, Startup, and Procurement to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in production coordination or manufacturing project management. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, sheet metal, welding, machining). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. ERP/scheduling system experience is an asset.

Mandarin language skills are considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

CA$65,000 - CA$80,000/year
