- Required Availability: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
- Job type: Full-time | Permanent
- Work and communicate effectively with other departments
- Meet project deadlines with minimal interruption
- 2+ years working as a production coordinator within a manufacturing environment
- Post-secondary schooling in Project Management (PMP), Supply Chain would be preferred.
- Previous manufacturing Production or Project coordinator experience 2+ years
- Previous experience working with Gantt Charts
- Good communication skills working with different departments
- Highly organized
- Computer savvy
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects with engineering and assembly while dealing with customers and installation service
- Great handling of pressurized situations while remaining calm
- Relationship builder with many facets of the manufacturing and installation process including customer, engineering, purchasing, assembly and executive director.
