Production Coordinator

Job Description
Jackson Dawson is hiring a Product Coordinator around the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada area to serve as the key liaison between factory operations and the global program team, providing critical support for premium clients throughout their production, purchase, and ownership journey.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage vehicle photography and associated image quality standards. Organize and lead factory plant tours for customers and partners. Support and monitor custom paint order processes to ensure customer specifications are met. Collect, organize, and update customer documentation through all production phases. Assemble individualized delivery kits for each unit, confirming accuracy and completeness. Communicate professionally and effectively with global clients, Concierge team members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years' experience in a production, logistics, or customer service role within a manufacturing environment. Automotive experience, preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with ERP systems, photography management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Requirements:
Onsite presence in Newmarket, Ontario required. * Able to walk factory floors and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
