As we head into 2026, we're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Production Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of painting projects. This position works closely with our project managers, clients, and painting crews to coordinate job site logistics, ensure quality standards, and support a seamless client experience from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced, field-based role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys being on the move.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate painting job sites:

Oversee project setup, ensure timelines and expectations are clear with painters and clients, and troubleshoot any on-site issues.

Quality Control:

Visit job sites regularly to ensure high standards of work and client satisfaction.

Client Communication:

Act as a liaison between clients and our team, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

Scheduling & Planning:

Support the scheduling of crews and coordinate resources needed for production.

Documentation:

Maintain clear records of job site progress, change orders, issues, and completion checklists.

Marketing/Media Content :

Capture photos/videos from job sites for use in marketing.

Requirements

High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or project coordination is an asset. 1+ years of experience in project or production coordination (preferred). Valid G-Class Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle

with the ability to transport ladders.

Company fuel card and allowance for oil changes provided (in lieu of mileage reimbursement). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and smartphone-based apps. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and work independently. Willingness to travel throughout the GTA (75%+ travel required)

Compensation:

Salary between $50,000-$80,000, commissions and bonuses + vacation pay. Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed). Start Date:

Flexible / ASAP
