As we head into 2026, we're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Production Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of painting projects. This position works closely with our project managers, clients, and painting crews to coordinate job site logistics, ensure quality standards, and support a seamless client experience from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced, field-based role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys being on the move.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate painting job sites:
Oversee project setup, ensure timelines and expectations are clear with painters and clients, and troubleshoot any on-site issues.
Quality Control:
Visit job sites regularly to ensure high standards of work and client satisfaction.
Client Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients and our team, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
Scheduling & Planning:
Support the scheduling of crews and coordinate resources needed for production.
Documentation:
Maintain clear records of job site progress, change orders, issues, and completion checklists.
Marketing/Media Content :
Capture photos/videos from job sites for use in marketing.
Requirements
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or project coordination is an asset.
1+ years of experience in project or production coordination (preferred).
Valid G-Class Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
with the ability to transport ladders.
If your vehicle doesn't have a roof rack, we will provide one.* Company fuel card and allowance for oil changes provided (in lieu of mileage reimbursement).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and smartphone-based apps.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and work independently.
Willingness to travel throughout the GTA (75%+ travel required)
Compensation:
Salary between $50,000-$80,000, commissions and bonuses + vacation pay.
Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed).
