ABOUT THE POSITION



We are looking for a

Production Coordinator

to oversee day-to-day production across both our Fergus and Cambridge facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and keeping projects moving on time and on budget. You'll work closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of high-quality systems.

In this role you will:



Coordinate production schedules and priorities across both Fergus and Cambridge. Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available for daily production needs. Track progress against deadlines and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Support quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and service teams to align workflow. Maintain accurate records in ERP and reporting systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:



Required:

3-5 years' experience in production coordination, scheduling, or manufacturing operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Solid computer skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Clear communication skills for working across teams and facilities. Hands-on understanding of production workflows and shop environments.

Preferred:

Experience in mechanical, electrical, or water systems manufacturing. Technical diploma or training in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering technology. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
