Inovata Foods Corp.is currently looking for energetic Production Cook to work at our Tillsonburg, Ontario location. Located in Tillsonburg, Ontario with a partnered facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of high-quality frozen meals for prominent clients throughout North America. General Responsibilities: Cook and prepare all ingredients for a multi-line production. Ensure that CCP\xe2\x80\x99s are being followed and recorded correctly. Maintain detailed reports for steps during the cooking process. Ensure that all ingredients are cooked to the specific viscosity and temperatures. Perform start up and shut-down procedures on all equipment used. Ensure all GMPs and daily control measures are followed. Follow all company food safety programs including GMP\xe2\x80\x99s to produce the highest quality product for our customers. Assist with all production duties as required.
