Production Associate - Cold Storage & Packaging

Job Summary

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented

Production Associates

to support high-volume food operations involving tempering frozen goods, packaging, and sorting. This role is hands-on and team-based, working primarily in

refrigerated (4-8C)

environments with occasional freezer exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Temper large volumes of frozen products according to food safety procedures Package, sort, and label high volumes of goods accurately and efficiently Handle and lift master cases and bulk product (heavy lifting required) Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times Work collaboratively in teams under the direction of a Team Lead Attention to individual SKU details and Packaging guidelines Follow SOPs and workplace safety procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulations

Work Environment

Refrigerated conditions (4-8C / fridge temperature) Occasional work in freezer environments Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks required

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks safely Comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and detail Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance Food production, warehouse, or cold-storage experience is an asset (not required)

Schedule

Shifts range from

20-40 hours per week

Day shifts available Overtime may be available based on production needs
