Job Description
Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight components and systems for interior floor and engine bay as well as the underbody. Our facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario is seeking a highly motivated Production Associates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Completing all tasks associated with the assembly, production and labeling of parts and products; Following standard work instructions; Visually inspecting all parts for defects and quality; and Maintaining and cleaning work stations following the 5S standard.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing setting Reliability and dedication Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team The ability to work shift work

Starting wage: $22.58 to increase to top wage after 4 years (current top wage - $28.22).
