GREENSEAL CANNABIS CO

. is a licensed producer of cannabis, operating out of a 28,000 square foot purpose-built facility in Stratford, Ontario. GreenSeal's focus is on developing a premium quality medical grade cannabis through its innovative growing methods, technology, breeding practices, and partnerships. We are currently operating a fast paced facility as we scale up and focus on exceptional production practices in this challenging, yet exciting, Canadian cannabis industry.

Production Associates work with the Master Grower, Cultivation Supervisor, Site Director, Plant Technicians, QAP and Teammates to carry out, maintain and improve the sanitation policies within the production facility and the commercial cannabis cultivation, harvesting, processing, drying/curing and storage programs for GreenSeal Cannabis Company. Ltd.

Duties:

A Production Associates duties include;

Aid in various cultivation processes (cloning, potting, watering, pruning, harvesting, waste destruction, etc.) Complete various processing duties (trimming, drying, packaging, etc.) Scouting for pests (rodents, flies, plant bugs, etc.) Responsible for ensuring the organization's quality assurance and sanitation standards are followed and met to the highest standards Detailing/logging sanitation requirements, based on shift, daily, or weekly requirements Mixing nutrients according to guidelines/policies, as required when trained Aid in equipment inspection & set-up Always practice the suitable care of all equipment, tools, and production facility when completing tasks Ensure that proper record keeping protocol is followed at all times Operate with integrity and honesty Openly and honestly communicate with all employees to build trust and effective teamwork Follow all health & safety protocols Recognize unsafe conditions and practices, and make suggestions/corrections to prevent injuries and product loss Ability to change tasks quickly Work in other departments as necessary based on company needs Use of scissor lift when properly trained and comfortable with operating Weekend & Evening work on rare occasions Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job;

Previous greenhouse or commercial cultivation experience is an asset Ability to achieve daily/weekly objectives set out by the Master Grower, Cultivation Supervisor, and Site Director Excellent communication skills Intermediate computer skills Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Able to successfully pass a Criminal Record Check

Working Conditions:

This position requires successful candidates to:

Work in bright light or noisy conditions Some regular contact with chemicals or hazardous material Ability to lift 50 lbs., with some lifting above shoulder height Bending, twisting, walking Cleaning/sanitizing using brooms, mops and other cleaning tools
