We are seeking dedicated and motivated Production Associates to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are interested in gaining hands-on experience within a structured and rewarding production setting.

Job Summary:

The Production Associate plays an integral role in supporting daily operations on the production floor. From preparing materials and performing quality inspections to assisting with equipment and workflow management, Production Associates ensure that all materials are processed with precision, safety, and efficiency. This role is part of a progressive, skill-based system with opportunities to grow from entry-level to leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials onto and off of the production line.

Perform visual inspections and identify any defects in materials.

Wrap, tag, and package finished goods in accordance with quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment aligned with 5S practices.

Follow all PPE protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Support equipment setup, quality testing, or documentation as needed.

Cross-train on various tasks within the line including wash monitoring and forklift operation (where applicable).

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Forklift certification is considered an asset.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required.

Hours and Location:

This is a full-time position with occasional overtime depending on project demands. Weekend or shift work may be required based on operational needs.
