Who we are Looking For
We are looking for a Seasonal Production Associate to join our team! With extreme attention to detail, our production associates craft custom outdoor cushions. If you are passionate about creating a great product experience for customers, are innovative, a self-starter, adaptable and you like to have fun, you could be a part of the Northern Patio team!

What you will be doing

Fill cushions with foam or fiber depending on requirement Read and follow directions of Work Orders Packaging of cushions Shipping of Cushions Cutting of foam and fiber Delivery of Finished Cushions Maintenance of Quality Standards Use snips to remove stray threads. Inspect final product to ensure quality standards are met. Work efficiently to meet production targets. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Work with safety as a number 1 priority. Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Your Skills and Experience

You might be who we are looking for if you have:

A demonstrated ability to operate an in an industrial environment for detailed assembly work. The ability to perform repetitive motions of bending, pushing, grasping, and pulling. A demonstrated ability to distinguish between colors of thread or fabric, fabric grains, and patterns. Good hand-eye coordination, concentration skills, and a demonstrated attention to detail. Basic math, reading, and communication skills. The ability to rapidly manipulate small parts. A proven ability to work in a flexible work environment and adapt to overtime requirements as needed. The ability to perform all essential job functions independently. Cutting experience is an asset.
What you Probably Want to Know

Seasonal Position - April to August Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00pm Overtime may be available Starting at $17 per hr (depending on experience)
