The OpportunityWe are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Production Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside and learn from a team dedicated to excellence in apparel decoration.

What You'll DoThe Production Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our apparel decoration process.

Pre and Post Production Support: Prepare orders for printing production and provide essential support throughout the process. Screen Reclamation: Safely and efficiently reclaim screens by removing old emulsion and ink using appropriate chemicals and pressure washing. Quality Control (QC): Conduct thorough final QC checks on finished garments for print accuracy, registration, ink cure, and order count verification. Folding & Packaging: Accurately count, fold, and package finished garments according to specific customer work order specifications (e.g., box count, size separation). Warehouse Maintenance: Complete general maintenance duties and actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Skill Development: Be prepared and eager to learn to operate new equipment, including a transfer press.

Who You AreWe're looking for someone who is outgoing, brings a great attitude, and possesses an exceptional work ethic with a strong desire to develop a passion for apparel decoration.

Required Abilities:

Physical Stamina: Must be physically able to reach up, bend down, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and walk/stand for long periods of time. Problem Solver: Possess a solution-focused mindset and demonstrate good judgment when problem-solving. Equipment Operation: Ability to operate a variety of warehouse and office equipment, including a pull cart.

Desired Assets (A Plus, But Not a Necessity):

Prior production or manufacturing experience. Basic familiarity with print shop technology (e.g., Printavo, iPad, and Computer).
