CUTEK Canada has a license to import & decant, as well as manufacture and distribute, the CUTEK line of products.

The CUTEK products are a wood care system that have been developed in New Zealand and Australia. They are easy to use and provide powerful protection for wood using novel and innovative technology.

We also provide the best support and customer service possible for the CUTEK products at all levels, including but not limited to: our reps, retailers, distributors, architects and specifiers, lumber producers and pre-treaters, as well as contractors and DIY homeowners.

The opportunity available is a full-time position, assisting our Production team with the manufacturing of our products, receiving, and the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Position Description:

Assist in the production of CUTEK Canada products.

Utilize forklifts safely for moving raw materials and finished goods within the facility.

Prepares products goods for storage, in a safe manner, including wrapping, labeling, affixes bar codes, security tags, etc. as needed for skids.

Assisting with loading and offloading.

Receiving merchandise, confirming safe receipt, storage and retrieval. Checks, signs and files delivery slips as per company procedure.

Unpacks merchandise, verifying the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents. Accepts or returns merchandise according to established procedures and policies.

Carrying out quality control procedures as per company policy.

Ensuring to follow all established health and safety requirements.

Safeguarding warehouse inventory by monitoring and practicing security procedures and protocols.

Communicating all discrepancies, variances or abnormalities to senior management in a timely manner.

Assisting in maintaining the operation of the warehouse, including, but not limited to: pouring, decanting, packaging, receiving, shipping, organization, cleanliness, and management reports.

Ensuring productivity targets are met.

Completes other duties related to the position as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Strong ability to muti-task, work independently, part of a team, and under pressure.

Open to working work extra hours and available to work on some weekends.

Be safety cautious.

Mechanical knowledge or basic troubleshooting skills are advantageous.

Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and quality checks.

Work Environment:

Position requires performing physical activities, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of material.

Position requires for individual to stand for long periods of time.

May have to lift up to 50 lbs.
