Production Associates

for

full-time

,

day shift

Operations include light duty assembly and testing of cameras and other products performed in an environmentally controlled "clean space."

Responsibilities

Perform light duty assembly of camera systems Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures including quality and safety requirements Operate equipment and tools and report any malfunctions Handle materials, parts and tools efficiently Verify quality of assemblies to ensure they meet established standards Identify and address deviations from quality requirements Identity and troubleshoot issues with equipment or the assembly process Follow Electrostatic Discharge Control procedures and Clean Space procedures Contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and optimize processes Input data into computerized system in an accurate manner Track and report damaged or lost items Repair defective or damaged components Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production progress, issues and potential improvements Maintain 5S within designated work area Follow safety protocols; report any safety hazards or concerns

Requirements

High School Diploma

High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

High attention to detail with ability to follow detailed work instructions

Prior work within a manufacturing environment an asset

Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards

Solid interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work constructively as part of a team

Organized and thorough

Ability to comply with health and safety rules and regulations
