Production Associate, Level I - BioScision Pharma A Level I Production Associate is responsible for executing daily production tasks (including but not limited to sanitation, pre-filling, and filling drug delivery devices, solvent-less and solvent-based cannabis extraction protocols, product labelling, and excise stamp application) efficiently, safely, and within the quality parameters set by the Company. Location: Health Canada-Licensed (Standard Processing with Sales Amendment) Production Facility located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Anticipated Start Date: Immediate or as agreed upon Anticipated Shift: Days. Typically, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8:30 \xe2\x80\x93 5:00. Wage: Starting at $16/h, + 4% Vacation pay Reporting and Supervision: \xc2\xb7 This position is supervised by the Production Supervisor and reports to the Executive Team at BioScision Pharma. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Performing all functions as designated by Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including, but not limited to: o Sanitation of equipment and work areas o Pre-filling drug delivery devices o Filling and finishing drug delivery devices o Labelling packaged goods o Excising packaged goods o Executing solvent-less and solvent based cannabis extraction protocols \xc2\xb7 Maintaining necessary documentation associated with tasks performed (including filling out batch records and daily logs). \xc2\xb7 Following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). \xc2\xb7 Operating and maintaining manual and automated production equipment. \xc2\xb7 Organizing, storing, and safely using chemicals and reagents. \xc2\xb7 Writing and revising SOPs and forms, as required. \xc2\xb7 Assisting with maintaining inventory. \xc2\xb7 Following Good Production Practices (GPP) at all times. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that safety and operating guidelines are strictly followed. \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Must submit a criminal record check. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. \xc2\xb7 Ability to perform repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 A working understanding of GMP/GPP and experience working with cannabis in a Health Canada licensed facility is considered an asset.
