Work in the production of bulk fertilizer (Macros, Micros, Bulk and Bagged) Strictly adhere to all policies and procedures Ensure that your work areas are clean and presentable at all times. Wear personal protective gear at all times during production General equipment maintenance Report to Production Supervisor or Operations Manager of potential inventory shortages well in advance of shortfalls Ensure outside work areas used by production staff are clean and presentable at all times Ensure that all products leaving production: have clean packaging, are properly packaged for shipment (banding, proper pallet, labeling, etc.) Inspect all material entering production for contamination or changes in characteristics. If any changes are noted production should be stopped immediately and reported to the Operations Manager or President before work can resume Take all steps reasonable to ensure that products are packaged as per label Work in accordance with company Mission Statement, Employee Handbook and Procedure Manual Keep up to date with and conform to all corporate policies and procedures, specifically, but not limited to: Production Procedures, Warehouse Procedure. Maintain a strict code of confidentiality concerning Plant Products business activities and all related affairs including but not limited to knowledge specific to Plant Products customers and their businesses
