to join our wire harness manufacturing team. This role supports daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform assembly of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electronic components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
Operate basic production equipment, hand tools, and semi-automatic machinery to support efficient manufacturing flow
Conduct in-process and final quality checks to verify workmanship, dimensions, and electrical integrity
Follow established safety procedures, ESD requirements, and quality standards (including IPC workmanship guidelines, where applicable)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and production areas in accordance with 5S and company standards
Assist with material handling, including staging components, organizing kits, and moving finished goods within the facility
Perform basic equipment checks and report any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors
Accurately complete production records, checklists, and traceability documentation as required
Support inventory control activities by organizing materials and notifying supervisors of shortages
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining a safe work environment
Skills & Qualifications
Experience or familiarity with electronics manufacturing, wire harness assembly, or general production environments preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and production equipment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to follow written work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures
Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and verification tasks
Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production processes
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while following safety guidelines
Forklift or material-handling experience is an asset (certification preferred but not required)
Willingness to learn and comply with IPC, quality, and safety standards
