Vari-Form\xe2\x80\x99s solution provides a lightweight, environmentally friendly, low-cost alternative to traditional stamped and welded components. We form parts using water and believe that the future of manufacturing and automotive can benefit from this technology.

The selected candidate will join the production team responsible for operating a variety of production equipment and ensuring quality standards are met while participating in continuous improvement of plant processes through automation and the newest technology.

THE POSITION

• Operate a variety of production equipment
• Meet production requirements through a variety of physical tasks
• Participates in preventative and regular maintenance
• Maintains work area and equipment in a safe operating condition
• Fully complies with all safety rules and procedures
• Produce high quality parts with zero defect
• Shares responsibility with other team members for continuous improvement projects
• Ensures that working areas are kept clean and tidy
• Meet all other Company requirements

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work Monday through Friday, and Saturdays when required.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift on days and afternoons
• Physical able to competently perform the essential elements of the job.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Manufacturing related experience is an asset.
• Safety shoes that meet our standard are required.
