VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on position is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of our premium windows. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.

What You'll Do

Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and finishing of windows according to company specifications and quality standards Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently Prepare, measure, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and product integrity Follow daily production schedules and meet established targets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Support senior production staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Report equipment issues or production challenges promptly to supervisors Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is an asset (training will be provided) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials and products as required Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
