Reporting to our Operations Manager, the ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling and inspecting products to ensure they meet the quality standards of our Refrigeration Factory.

Specific responsibilities are:

Assemble fabricated parts and components according to work instructions and quality standards. Clean and prepare job materials for production according to procedures. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications. Recognize errors and correct or seek the appropriate guidance. Visually inspect and identify defects for quality assurance. Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6-months experience working on an assembly line. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks. Attention to detail to follow directions thoroughly. Able to work from verbal and/or written instructions with minimal supervision.
