Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow precise instructions. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components of our products, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble signs and display products according to detailed specifications and drawings. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect components for quality and accuracy before and after assembly. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Work closely with team leads to ensure project timelines are met. Assist in other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills and the ability to measure and cut materials accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
