Purpose:

Ensures the timely and accurate release of completed construction files and provides support to the Production Manager to coordinate necessary appointments and documentation to all stakeholders in the closing of a home.

Key Objectives:

Print and process invoices Prepare and issue variance purchase orders Complete purchase orders for job starts Maintain awareness of building codes, municipality changes and construction techniques Prepare and maintain job files for housing Plan detailed material take offs and cost estimates Provide sub trade pricing for plans, specifications and coordinate the tender process Prepare cost to complete estimates, issue purchase orders to sub trades and material suppliers Other duties may be assigned

Skill Requirements:

Residential estimating experience and/or administrative experience is an asset Ability to read blueprints Capability to create and maintain housing budgets and costing options Ability to manage a heavy workload Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in new home sales is an asset * Strong attention to detail
