Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du SR Producteur - Producteur Ex\xc3\xa9cutif, le Producteur aura pour r\xc3\xb4le d\'assister ce dernier en mati\xc3\xa8re de budget, de d\xc3\xa9lais et de contenu. V\xc3\xa9ritable gestionnaire de projet, son objectif sera le bon suivi des diverses \xc3\xa9tapes de production avec toute l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.

Ses principales missions seront les suivantes :

• S\'assurer d\'atteindre les objectifs du projet, les \xc3\xa9tapes et les sprints d\xc3\xa9finis par le producteur
• Effectuer le suivi des \xc3\xa9tapes et des \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ances afin d\'assurer une livraison des diff\xc3\xa9rents items, it\xc3\xa9rations, concepts, versions
• G\xc3\xa9rer les t\xc3\xa2ches dans les outils pr\xc3\xa9vus \xc3\xa0 cet effet afin de faire un suivi ad\xc3\xa9quat du travail des membres de son \xc3\xa9quipe (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• \xc3\x89valuer et analyser les probl\xc3\xa9matiques li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la gestion de projet et les r\xc3\xa9soudre
• Planifier et effectuer des rencontres \xc3\xa0 chaque version (release) et pour chaque build avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Planifier et animer les r\xc3\xa9unions journali\xc3\xa8res
• Organiser les activit\xc3\xa9s de consolidation d\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Planifier et organiser les playtests internes, assurer le bon fonctionnement des rondes de playtests pour chaque version
• R\xc3\xa9diger, faire signer et g\xc3\xa9rer les contrats des travailleurs externes (pigistes) en collaboration avec le d\xc3\xa9partement juridique et la comptabilit\xc3\xa9 ainsi que les budgets externes (pigistes) avec le d\xc3\xa9partement de contr\xc3\xb4le de gestion
• Contribuer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement et \xc3\xa0 l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration de m\xc3\xa9thodes et de proc\xc3\xa9dures de travail

Reporting to the SR Producer - Executive Producer, the Producer will be responsible for providing support to the former as relates to budgets, deadlines and content.. As a true project manager, their goal will be to follow up with the entire team regarding the various stages of the production process.

They will have the following tasks:

• Ensuring that the project\'s producer-set goals, stages and sprints are accomplished
• Following up on the stages and due dates in order to ensure the delivery of various items, iterations, concept work, and versions
• Managing tasks in the relevant tools in order to properly supervise their team members\' work (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Evaluating, analyzing, and resolving issues related to project management
• Planning and holding team meetings for each release and build
• Scheduling and leading daily meetings
• Organizing team-building exercises
• Planning and organizing internal playtests, and ensuring that playtest rounds for each version go smoothly
• Collaborating with the legal and accounting departments to draft, sign, and manage contracts with freelancers, and with the management control department for freelancer budgets
• Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods and procedures

Qualifications

Exp\xc3\xa9rience et comp\xc3\xa9tences recherch\xc3\xa9es :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes universitaires en gestion ou un autre domaine connexe
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente d\'au minimum 5 ans en production, dans l\'industrie du jeu vid\xc3\xa9o
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec les m\xc3\xa9thodes Agile/Scrum
• Passion et connaissance approfondie des jeux vid\xc3\xa9o, sur console et/ou mobile
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience sur un lancement de projet console
• La livraison d\'un projet entier de la phase de conception \xc3\xa0 la phase live serait un atout
• Excellente communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale
• Esprit de synth\xc3\xa8se, capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 v\xc3\xa9hiculer les informations et les donn\xc3\xa9es de fa\xc3\xa7on claire et pertinente
• Organisation et rigueur, capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 suivre diff\xc3\xa9rents projets avec des priorit\xc3\xa9s et des \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ances diff\xc3\xa9rentes
• Conna\xc3\xaetre les tendances du march\xc3\xa9 et s\'en tenir inform\xc3\xa9

Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in management or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant production experience in the video-game industry
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games
• Experience launching a console project
• Previous experience delivering an entire project from development to release is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good deductive skills, with the ability to convey information and data in a clear, relevant fashion
• Organized, thorough, and able to supervise different projects with varying priorities and deadlines
• Knowledgeable of, and up to date on, market trends
• Committed, with a positive attitude
