Vous et votre \xc3\xa9quipe aurez pour mission de continuer a d\xc3\xa9velopper ce jeu \xc3\xa0 fort succ\xc3\xa8s a travers de nouvelles updates.

Nous sommes donc \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'une personne polyvalente, capable de se mesurer au march\xc3\xa9 et avec un fort leadership pour mener son \xc3\xa9quipe.

Vos principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s pour ce poste consisteront \xc3\xa0 :

• Savoir pr\xc3\xa9senter de nouvelles id\xc3\xa9es au directeur du studio pour votre projet et prendre des initiatives
• Etre en charge de la profitabilit\xc3\xa9 et stabilit\xc3\xa9 du jeu , en qualit\xc3\xa9 de "game as a service"
• Travailler en collaboration avec les Directeurs studio afin de batir et executer la strategie long terme du jeu
• Monitorer la production et les release de nouvelles updates toutes les 6 semaines
• Assurer et garder d\'excellentes relations avec nos partenaires et diff\xc3\xa9rentes parties prenantes
• G\xc3\xa9rer l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de production, et assurer du mentorat et travailler sur plusieurs updates en parallele
• Faire preuve de leadership en insufflant de la passion \xc3\xa0 votre \xc3\xa9quipe
• G\xc3\xa9rer la production en termes de jalons (gestion de projet)

Under the supervision of the Montreal studio manager, you will, as part of your duties as Producer responsible for our live PC Console game: Disney Dreamlight Valley.

You and your team will be responsible to continue to develop this successful game with new updates.

We are therefore looking for someone versatile, who is capable of meeting the demands of the market with a strong leadership.

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Knowing how to present new ideas to the studio manager for your project and taking initiative
• Being in charge of the profitability and sustainability of the game as a "game as a service"
• Working in collaboration with directors to build and execute the long-term strategy of the game
• Monitoring the production and release of updates every 6 weeks
• Managing production team, mentoring people and working in several update in parallel
• Ensuring good relationship with stakeholder and partners
• Demonstrating leadership by inspiring passion within your team
• Managing production in terms of milestones (project management)
• Managing the budget and resources

Qualifications

• Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez au moins 7 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente dans l\'industrie dans un poste semblable de Producteur, de Game designer, de Directeur Cr\xc3\xa9atif ou de Gestionnaire de Produit.
• Vous avez d\xc3\xa9j\xc3\xa0 travaill\xc3\xa9 dans un studio de jeux au sein d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe de production, et avez une excellente connaissance de ce march\xc3\xa9 ainsi que des m\xc3\xa9canismes de jeu associ\xc3\xa9s.
• Vous avez d\xc3\xa9j\xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 la t\xc3\xaate dune \xc3\xa9quipe de production et avez lanc\xc3\xa9 un jeu et fait vivre ce dernier.
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance des jeux \xc3\xa0 IP, et avez d\xc3\xa9j\xc3\xa0 travaill\xc3\xa9 avec une forte IP.
• D\'un temp\xc3\xa9rament proactif, vous \xc3\xaates cr\xc3\xa9atif(ve), avec un certain sens pratique afin de franchir les diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9tapes li\xc3\xa9es au projet.
• Gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 vos talents de communicateur(trice), vous \xc3\xaates capable de proposer une id\xc3\xa9e / un projet \xc3\xa0 la direction et de l\'insuffler \xc3\xa0 une \xc3\xa9quipe.
• Vous savez travailler en mode Agile, n\'avez pas peur de l\'\xc3\xa9chec et \xc3\xaates capable de rebondir rapidement, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.

• You have at least 7 years of relevant industry experience in a similar position as a producer, game designer, creative director or product manager.
• You have already worked in a gaming studio as part of a production team, and have excellent knowledge of this market and the associated game mechanisms.
• You already managed a production team , launched a game and keep it successful.
• You have a good knowledge of IPs games, and already worked with on a game with a strong IP.
• You are creative, with a proactive disposition and a certain practicality that will enable you to successfully reach the various stages related to the project.
• Thanks to your talents as a communicator, you are able to propose an idea or a project to management and bring it to life for the team.
• You know how to work in Agile mode, you\'re not afraid of failure, and you\'re able to bounce back quickly, if necessary.
• You demonstrate strong motivation and daring.
