We're hiring a hands-on Product/UX Strategist to customize UI/UX for our PaaS customer (workflows, branding, layouts), rapidly prototype in Figma, and simplify internal platform experience for non-technical users. You'll partner with Managed Services to turn narrow services into simple, repeatable products by industry vertical, test for product-market fit quickly, and improve demo-to-proposal conversion.
What You'll Do:

• Customize Customer UIs: Build clickable Figma prototypes of our PaaS for sales demos and pilot validation
• Optimize Platform UX: Lead UX strategy applying behavioral psychology to diverse stakeholders, from farmers to consumer brands, and create unified, intuitive experiences that bridge digital products with managed services touchpoints
• Productize Services by Vertical: Define end-to-end flows, MVP scope, and pricing assumptions with Managed Services; validate fit with customers and iterate quickly
• Multi-Stakeholder Engagement & Design Leadership: Facilitate design thinking to uncover needs and validate solutions. Guide prototyping and user testing with an emphasis on usability and adoption across segments.
• Technology & Integration Leadership: Partner with Solution Delivery and Engineering teams to integrate upstream and downstream data across platforms and services, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance scalability, connectivity, and service delivery
• Managed Services Enablement: Align product capabilities with managed services strategies to enhance efficiency and customer success, and build features and analytics that enable proactive value delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 6-10 years in Product/UX for B2B software with a portfolio that shows complex workflow design and meaningful simplication of technical UIs
• Proven track record of enabling B2B product launches in complex, multi-stakeholder industries, and formal experience with managed services delivery models
• Experience customizing PaaS/SaaS for enterprise customer and working with Solution Architecture on feasibility
• Strong product thinking with a hands-on ability to define requirements and design systems
• Expertise in Figma and comfortable running quick user tests and iterating from findings
• Familiarity with APIs/cloud platforms and working models that blend software with managed/professional services
• Working knowledge of agricultural data standards, supply chain platforms, precision agriculture technologies, traceability, CRM, and customer success systems is an asset
• Player/coach with experience mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams and the ability to grow into progressively senior roles as we scale
