Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Training Specialist, located in North Vancouver/Burnaby. The Product Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for G&A ROBOT's clients. The Product Training Specialist will create and maintain

, and
instructional videos
. They will also collaborate with the
Operations and Technical teams
to align all content with company standards.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive training system for operation and maintenance procedures of automated food and beverage equipment.
Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, checklists, and instructional videos.
Conduct onboarding and technical training sessions for operations and maintenance teams and contracted service personnel.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.
Collaborate with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure consistency in SOPs and training content.
Organize regular refresher courses and safety training sessions to ensure compliance with company standards.
Provide on-site coaching and assessments to ensure proper equipment operation and service quality.
Qualifications
College diploma or higher in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training, preferably within chain restaurant brands, food service operations, or other large-scale service organizations.
Proven experience in developing and executing structured training programs (both technical and operational).
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex operational processes into clear, teachable steps.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills, capable of preparing professional SOPs and training outlines.
Familiarity with digital training tools, video recording/editing, or online learning platforms is an asset.
Hands-on attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Able to travel occasionally for on-site training at partner or operational locations.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in franchise or multi-location training environments (Such as big retail chains).
Understanding of operational standards, safety protocols, and quality control systems in food or equipment-based businesses.
Strong initiative and leadership in building training frameworks from the ground up.

Pay: $45,672.94-$90,535.04 per year
