mdf commerce Inc. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Team Leader, Development to join our product team at Orckestra.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:

Support a multidisciplinary development team on a daily basis (DEV/QA/BA);
Encourage and ensure continuous improvement of the team towards self-organization;
Provide coaching and mentoring to .NET full-stack developers and technical leaders;
Set goals and take ownership of team member evaluation. Provide constructive feedback and ensure performance level;
Collaborate with team leaders, architects and expertise teams to implement best practices and technical solutions;
Contribute to incident escalation between the development team and other departments;
Work closely with the Development Manager to accomplish departmental priorities;
Demonstrate leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility with work schedule;
Be an ambassador of the company\'s values.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

Your development and team-leading experience (at least 8 years);
Your extensive technical knowledge in coding with C#, using .Net Framework and Azure Cloud;
Your ability to inspire energy, desire to surpass oneself, and team spirit among your colleagues;
Your understanding of Software architecture and SLCD;
Your ability to understand new products;
Your excellent communication skillset and understanding of teamwork;
Your good knowledge of Elasticsearch, React and Azure DevOps;
Your good knowledge of agile development principles (e.g. Scrum);
Your bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent experience;
Completed Azure Cloud certifications would be an asset that would make you stand out.
