Drive change control: author/assess ECRs, participate in ECO boards, manage baselines and versioning. Specify and maintain interface contracts (power, RF, mechanical, firmware APIs) and acceptance criteria.

Verification, Validation, & Compliance

Co-own the V&V plan with testing team: map coverage to requirements, define pass/fail, track defects to closure. Participate in design and safety/compliance reviews (EMC/safety/regulatory) and capture actions.

Field & Production Performance Optimization

Monitor production yield, RMA trends, and telemetry; turn signals into prioritized fixes. Lead or support RCA/8D on top issues; quantify impact and verify effectiveness after changes. Build lightweight dashboards (e.g., Python/Jupyter, SQL, or BI tools) to make the data visible to the team.

Cross-functional Technical Leadership

Comfortable analyzing field/production data Strong documentation habits; calm, structured communication. Demonstrated alignment with AI-first thinking--embedding intelligence design and documentation tasks Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).

Nice-to-Have
