Position Overview: Finning is seeking a passionate and driven Product Support Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. You are primarily responsible for the growth of the after-market products and services sold by Finning Power Systems to an assigned customer base. You will demonstrate success by leveraging a solution-based selling approach and creating meaningful customer connections. You will utilize your previous experience in customer service and a knack for problem-solving to offer innovative products and services that empower our customers.

For this role, the compensation range includes both base salary and commission, the expected range is between $110,000 - $135,000 annually.

  • Evaluate customer needs, promote and sell products and services to meet those needs and provide quality solutions to address customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
  • Develop and maintain client information and data utilizing Finning (Canada)\xe2\x80\x99s CRM software and Product Improvement Program (PIP) to enable accurate market intelligence, pricing, estimates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, pricing, estimates and market intelligence of parts and service revenue targets for assigned customer base to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish appropriate targets, goals and objectives that are aligned with corporate strategy.
Education and Experience:
  • 2 years of consulting sales experience
  • Understanding and applying the basic selling principles; such as, prospecting, , introducing benefits, call planning, qualifying, handling objections, follow-ups and closing the sale
  • Strong knowledge/experience in Construction industries heavy equipment and support equipment
  • Strong knowledge/experience in Industrial engines and OEM manufacturing
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong computer literacy
  • There is 20-30% travel required in the region which includes the NWT, Yukon and B.C.
