Product Support Sales Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you'll analyze and strengthen the support capabilities of SMS Equipment branches and departments related to the sale and service of equipment, helping drive efficiency, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction across our operations.

Salary:

$60,000 - $75,000

This role has a

hybrid schedule

and offers the opportunity to

work from home 2 days a week.

What You'll Do

Analyze rebuild costs and evaluate cost competitiveness across branches and business partners (BPs). Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through analysis of parts, labour, and rebuild practices. Support sales teams by providing Life Cycle Costing (LCC) data and technical insight to promote whole goods sales. Collaborate with BPs, marketing, and product support teams on strategies and programs that enhance product support and sales performance. Maintain and analyze CRM data, promotion results, and product support metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Track and report on OEM and BP promotions, costs, and performance trends to support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

Strong understanding of parts, service, and product support functions. Experience in the

heavy equipment industry

is a strong asset. Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Suite

, including

advanced Excel skills

for analysis and reporting. Excellent

communication, time management, and organizational skills

. Experience with

Extend

or other

industry-specific ERP systems

. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build effective relationships with business partners.
