Job Description

Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a deep understanding of the product, its features, capabilities and limitations Stay up to date on product updates, new releases and competitive products in the market. Create detailed product documentation supporting both internal and external teams. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and market trends Assist in developing product positioning and marketing strategies. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales and marketing to drive product success. Work with the sales and customer directly to attain customer feedback, identify customer pain points, feature requests and areas for improvement. Track and report on key product performance metrics. Raising concerns with Product Manager as they arise, to alert to any offtrack milestones Collaborating on promotional activities, product materials and marketing strategies Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Strong Product and technical knowledge Excels at time management, ability to work independently and can efficiently multitask Experienced working in agile environments, with minimal supervision Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive approach to identify trends and address challenges Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
