CE Products is a division of Cambridge Environmental Products Inc., a family owned scientific distribution company founded in 1993 and based in Komoka, Ontario. We supply ammunition reloading products to customers across Canada, the United States, and around the world. We are a small, tight knit team where people, relationships, and reliability matter.

The Opportunity



We are hiring a Product Specialist to support our reloading customer base and assist with our laboratory product lines. This role combines customer service, order processing, basic service coordination, and export operations support.

You will:



Be a key contact for our core reloading product line. Gather information and set up units for evaluation and repair. Help prepare export related documents and maintain a shipping manifest spreadsheet.
This is an on site role in Komoka with room to grow for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable owning day to day tasks from start to finish.

What You'll Do:



Customer & Order Management



Process new and repeat orders using Shopify and our ERP system. Answer phone and email inquiries from customers in a clear, professional, and friendly manner. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and documented use cases. Track open quotes, backorders, and follow-ups to keep customers informed. Share tracking numbers and shipment updates with customers once orders ship.

Service Support



Gather clear, detailed information from customers about product issues. Set up equipment to be evaluated or sent back for repair, following internal procedures. Strip spare parts from damaged or non-repairable units as directed, and label/store them properly. Log service-related details in our systems so the team has accurate records.

Export & Operations Support



Assist with the creation of export documents (e.g., commercial invoice details, contents, values) based on provided templates and instructions. Create and maintain a shipping manifest spreadsheet for outbound shipments. Ensure order and shipment details are entered accurately and match customer expectations.

Cross-Training & Internal Support



Cross-train on laboratory products and warehouse fulfillment so you can support the wider team when needed. Help with general administrative tasks related to sales, service, and shipping. Provide feedback to improve templates, checklists, and internal documentation.

What You Bring



Strong customer focus and clear, professional communication skills (especially on the phone and by email). Solid organizational skills - you can manage multiple orders, service requests, and follow-ups without losing track. Comfort working with technical products and a willingness to learn how they are used. Ability to follow procedures, use checklists, and be accurate with data entry and documentation. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems (Shopify, ERP, shipping tools, spreadsheets).

Nice to Have (Assets, Not Requirements)



Experience in customer service, inside sales, service admin, or order processing. Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) to maintain simple logs or tracking sheets. Any exposure to laboratory equipment, reloading, industrial products, or logistics.

Working at Cambridge



On-site role in Komoka, Ontario. Small, family run environment with direct access to decision makers. Friendly office with a few well-behaved dogs (must love dogs!). Access to safe, reliable transportation is required (no regular public transit nearby).
