We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage our niche retail segment - someone who loves to genuinely surprise and delight clients and is ready to meticulously manage every step of the fulfillment process that makes it happen.
The Opportunity: Serve a Niche Market & Provide Technical Support
to champion one of our fastest-growing retail segments. You will manage the entire customer journey for this niche - from the website click to final programming and boxing - while providing essential, support to our customers.
Learn more about the business through assisting our internal Service department and backing up Operations. If you thrive on being the expert, are comfortable preparing specialized equipment, and can juggle customer care with technical tasks, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do: Niche Segment Customer Support & Logistics (90%)
Order Flow Management:
Ensure all segment orders placed on the website are accurately and promptly transferred or entered into our ERP system.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the primary contact, answering all phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries specific to the niche retail segment customers.
Technical Support:
Provide basic product troubleshooting and technical support. Triage complex issues and refer the customer to the appropriate in-house technician for formal service or repair.
Segment Logistics:
Program equipment for sale to specific customer or export specifications and box it securely for shipping.
Market Awareness:
Maintain constant awareness of product knowledge, market segment trends, and competitor activities to inform sales and inventory planning.
Operations & Service Backup (10%)
Service Setup:
Set up returned equipment for service evaluations, and carefully strip defective equipment for reusable parts inventory.
Logistics Backup:
Assist the Operations Manager with export documentation preparation, and be the dedicated when they are away, ensuring shipments move smoothly across borders.
Warehouse Support:
Assist the Shipping/Receiving team with occasional order picking and product put-away when necessary to maintain workflow efficiency.

Customer Focus & Expertise:
Driven to build relationships within a niche community; able to quickly become the segment expert and communicate technical information clearly.
Technical Aptitude:
Proven ability to work carefully with precision equipment; comfortable executing specific programming steps and working hands-on with small electronics/equipment.
System & Process Driven:
High level of organization and attention to detail required for data entry (ERP/website), inventory, and logistics documentation.
Team Player:
Willingness to jump in and assist with general warehouse duties (picking/put-away) and provide reliable backup for key operational functions.
Must love dogs!
Must have access to safe and reliable transportation.

Pay: $44,500.00-$52,000.00 per year
