Overview

We are looking for Product Sales Specialist and you will be primarily responsible for serving as the primary contact for Electronic Table Games (ETG) products on a casino floor. You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and partner closely with our Account Executives and Account Managers to win new business.

You will be instrumental in leading in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers - and building and executing against our go to market strategy for our ETG products throughout the EMEA sales region.

Responsibilities:

  • You will have sales responsibility for Electronic Table Game (ETG) products for large geographical areas Internationally with a primary focus on Europe and Africa
  • You will address customers\' concerns, questions and objections about Electronic Table Games
  • You will work with IGT account-assigned Account Managers to close semi-complex sales of Electronic Table Game in a creative, highly resourceful and effective way
  • You will be responsible for meeting Electronic Table Games sales quota and overall product placement targets in the assigned geographical area
  • International product evangelist - you will be supporting the sales teams and customers in the regions around Electronic Table Games products
  • You will provide insight / recommendations to Customers and IGT Sales for optimizing floors / performances & product placement
  • Review all accounts with IGT Account Managers and work together with them to establish a sales plan to market products and develop a deep pipeline of prospective customer placements
  • You will perform necessary analysis and planning to ensure that the objectives and priorities for each sales call involving the product line are established and met in time frames acceptable to the customer and account manager.
  • You will be working with ETG Product Management team and EMEA Sales Team to identify opportunities and working with customers in completing concept testing through pilot and free trial product programs
  • Completing competitive analysis and providing insights to Product Management to further the development process of ETG\'s for the International markets
Work Location:
This position can be based remote from home if located in the central region of the US.

Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout Europe and Africa
  • Three or more years of client facing experience at a leading technology, payments or management consulting firm or prior ETG specific OEM experience equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners. The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
  • Enthusiastic \xe2\x80\x9croll up your sleeves\xe2\x80\x9d mentality
  • Ability to present and establish value of the business proposition to all levels of the organization and to the customer
  • Must be able to obtain gaming licenses in all required European and African gaming jurisdictions

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,500-$115,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
