A day in your life with us
• Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance through product repackaging, spare part management, product assembly and active selling (online & offline).
• Contribute as a subject matter expert & site superuser in recovery operations, to the optimization of the product recovery processes, tools, and ways of working in the unit. Follow up on performance and use proven solutions and good examples to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Implement and train unit co-workers in processes, tools and ways of working related to recovery operations.
• Understand the unit and department action plans and take responsibility for department goals and know how you contribute.
• Support the implementation of planned circular & commercial activities by involving your department throughout the customer meeting point.
• Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
• Support the product quality and safety work in the customer meeting point in order to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products.
• Stay up to date with the IKEA social and environmental commitments and know how to contribute to sustainability and circularity in daily work. Always consider the environmental & business impact when deciding how to best recover products and reduce product waste.
• Work collaboratively across all functions in the customer meeting point to create Product Quality & Safety and Recovery awareness, and to ensure that common working routines and processes related thereto are followed.
• Support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with the other specialists, by assigning tasks and supervising the daily operations of the Product Quality & Recovery team when required.

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $ 49120 to $ 60000 and will be based on relevant work experience.
