Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business teams, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories. Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, UX/UI, and project management to ensure smooth product delivery. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies. Develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release strategy. Ensure user stories include proper acceptance criteria and meet quality standards. Continuously refine backlog items based on stakeholder feedback, data insights, and changing priorities. Evaluate product progress at each sprint, provide direction, and make decisions to maximize value. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related clarifications. Track product performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership. Ensure alignment between product strategy and business goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
