Job title: Product Owner (ServiceNow)
Job location: Toronto, ON
Job type: Contract on T4/INC.//Fulltime

Skills required:

  • Strong in IT Service Management background with good knowledge in IT Business Management (ITBM) umbrella
  • IT Service Management (5+yrs), ServiceNow (4+yrs) with total ServiceNow Tech and functional exp (8+yrs)
  • IT software consulting experience with minimum 4 years\' experience supporting and implementing ServiceNow ITBM suite of products
  • Certified ServiceNow Product Owner Product Manager (POPM)
  • ServiceNow experience with ITSM (Incident, Change, Release) & ITBM module (Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Agile Development, Test Management, etc. is crucial
  • Expertise and Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITBM is required. Experience with other ITBM tools like Client PPM, Clarity etc. would be advantage
  • Technical expert in ServiceNow with Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, Resource
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow Products - ITSM and ITBM
  • In-depth understanding of the product offerings and align those with customer expectations to propose solutions, improvements, and values
  • Design and Define ITBM Process flows as per customer requirement aligned to ServiceNow OOB offerings
  • Enhance customer knowledge in ITBM with Showcasing features such as Project Workbench, Demand Workbench, Agile Story boards, Backlogs Reporting etc.
  • Closely work with Product manager to understand customer needs and help to drive product adoptions in multiple area
  • Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software
  • Setup Product development roadmap collaborating with Product managers and architects
  • If required Co-ordinate with ServiceNow PS for development or configurations and get it delivered to customer based on agreed timeline
  • Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development
  • Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required
  • Guide Customers through demonstrations & training
  • Deliver project on customer premise or remotely as required
