Main Tasks & Requirements

Hexagon\'s Manufacturing Intelligence, division is seeking a Product Owner.

Description:
The Product Owner will lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery new functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product - Working with Product Managers
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Translates and communicates the product vision to Agile development teams utilizing the Scrum framework.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and to produce a clearly defined backlog.
• Champion\'s solutions and prioritizes requirements to deliver best value to the customer and the business.
• Acts as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and decide actions.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or business-related Technical Discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 4+ years - Preferably on a Cloud Platform/ Cloud Native application
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/SAFe process and principles
• Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Adapts quickly to changing customer priorities.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience collaborating with teams outside of Product, such as Engineering, Marketing, Design, etc.
• High proficiency with ALM software tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Nice to have: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
