Nous sommes maintenant a la recherche d'un Responsable de produit pour assurer la direction technologique d'Ericsson et nous assurer que nous avons la portee, la qualite, le temps et le cout appropries pour les outils SANT CS.
En tant que Responsable de produit, vous aurez la charge de contribuer a la vision et a la strategie du produit, de creer la feuille de route du produit, ainsi que de gerer et de hierarchiser le backlog de l'equipe.
Le Responsable de produit est un membre de l'equipe agile et responsable des exigences et des demandes, de la definition des stories et de la hierarchisation du backlog de l'equipe afin de rationaliser l'execution des priorites ART, qui proviennent du chef de produit a travers la hierarchisation du backlog produit/ART, tout en maintenant l'integrite conceptuelle et technique des fonctionnalites ou des composants pour l'equipe.
Interfaces principales : Responsable de produit, Systemes architectes, Gestion Dev Line , Scrum Masters, equipes agiles et clients.
Ce que vous ferez
Membre de l'equipe agile, principalement responsable de maximiser la valeur fournie par l'equipe en s'assurant que le backlog de l'equipe est aligne sur les besoins des clients et des parties prenantes.
Collabore avec la direction du produit sur la vision et la feuille de route du produit.
Genere des risques lies aux produits, par exemple : risques de securite, risques de gestion des actifs, confidentialite des donnees, etc
Maintient et hierarchise le backlog de l'equipe des user stories, en activant les stories et les defauts (taches)
Diriger la planification des iterations (avec le soutien du Scrum Master).
Diriger l'amelioration du backlog de l'equipe et l'elaboration juste a temps des histoires d'utilisateurs et d'habilitations (avec l'equipe Agile).
En tant qu'autorite de contenu au sein de l'equipe Agile, les histoires sont acceptees pendant les demonstrations d'equipe en fonction des criteres d'acceptation et de la definition du termine
Participe aux retrospectives d'equipe et de niveau ART pour s'ameliorer continuellement.
Collaborer avec les architectes systeme et la direction des produits pour etablir des allocations de capacite appropriees pour les recits d'utilisateurs, en permettant les recits et les travaux de maintenance par PI.
Initier la presentation, l'examen et l'approbation de l'ITSAC
Cree et gerer des demandes de ressources et de services de plate-forme informatique pour leur produit dans n'importe quel outil de referentiel Ericsson (ex. Replir).
Responsable de l'exactitude des donnees PPM pour SANT Tools.
Vous apporterez
Diplome universitaire en ingenierie ou en informatique, ou dans un domaine similaire pertinent.
Annees minimales d'experience : 5 ans de travail en tant que Responsable de produit (connaissance de la gestion de produits et du cycle de vie du developpement de produits).
Experience dans le domaine : Infrastructure informatique, Securite, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Systemes d'exploitation, Processus, Projets de R&D, Projets informatiques.
Connaissance approfondie des processus et des principes Agiles.
Solide comprehension des pipelines d'integration et de deploiement continus (CI/CD) et des outils d'automatisation.
Solides competences en matiere d'engagement des parties prenantes et des utilisateurs et de gestion d'equipe.
Experience constante de travail efficace dans des environnements d'equipe en demontrant la capacite de collaborer avec des collegues pour atteindre des objectifs et fournir des resultats de qualite.
Competences exceptionnelles en communication, en presentation et en leadership.
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
Bonne comprehension de la planification budgetaire, de la planification des ressources et de l'execution des livraisons.

About this opportunity!
We are now looking for a Product Owner to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for the SANT CS Tools. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for contributing to the product vision and strategy, for creating the product roadmap, and for handling and prioritizing the team backlog.
The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Team responsible for requirements and demands, defining stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of ART priorities, that come from the Product Manager through the prioritization of the Product/ART Backlog, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
Main interfaces: Product Managers, System Architects, Dev Line Management, Scrum Masters, Agile Teams and Customers.
What you will do
Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
Collaborates with product management on the product vision and roadmap.
Drives product related risk, for example: security risks, asset management risks, data privacy, etc.
Maintains and prioritizes the team backlog of user stories, enabling stories and defects (tasks).
Leads the Iteration Planning (with support of the Scrum Master).
Leads the team backlog refinement and just-in-time elaboration of user and enabling stories (with Agile Team).
As content authority on the Agile team accepts stories during team demos based on acceptance criteria and definition of done.
Participates in the team and ART level retrospectives to continuously improve.
Collaborates with the system architects and product management to establish appropriate capacity allocations for user stories, enabling stories and maintenance work per PI.
Initiates ITSAC Presentation, Review & Approval
Creates and maintains demands in any Ericsson repository tool (i.e. Replir), for resources and IT Platform Services for their product.
Responsible for PPM data accuracy for SANT Tools.
The skills you bring
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or similar relevant field.
Minimum years of experience: 5 years working as a Product Owner (knowledge of Product Management and Product Development Lifecycle).
Domain experience: IT Infrastructure, Security, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Operating systems, Processes, R&D projects, IT projects.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
Strong stakeholder/user engagement skills and team management.
Consistent track record of working effectively in team environments by demonstrating the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver quality results.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
