Job Description

CGI is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product planning and delivery across the Fill, Pack & Ship and Data & Analytics domains. The Product Owner will define priorities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that drive their fulfillment modernization strategy.

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories and acceptance criteria are clear, actionable, and aligned with business value.

. Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define features, integrations, and enhancements for end-to-end fulfillment workflows.

. Collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, and Analysts to deliver features using Agile principles.

. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.

. Track progress against milestones and KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes.

. Identify dependencies, risks, and process gaps, driving mitigation and continuous improvement.

. Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting alignment across domains.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must-Have Skills



. Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.

. Proven track record managing software or automation products through the full lifecycle--from ideation to deployment.

. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, backlog management, and sprint execution tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).

. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.

. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, DevOps, QA, Operations).

. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.





Nice-to-Have Skills



. Experience in Automated Fulfillment, Logistics, or Pharmacy Operations.

. Exposure to Cloud-based systems, APIs, and data integration.

. Familiarity with Data & Analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or large multi-team delivery environments.

. Technical understanding of workflow automation or robotics systems.

. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
