As a Product Owner, you had your hands building compelling, innovative products that have made people\xe2\x80\x99s lives a little bit easier, a little more fun, or a little bit more connected.As a Product Owner, you hold a high bar for consumer experience, strong customer empathy, a bias for action, excellent execution capability, and strategic vision. You are a persuasive communicator, securing buy-in from stakeholders on all significant decisions and strategies and providing clear instructions and deliverables for the developers. Curiosity is a strong suit, and you pair it with experience and knowledge of gathering and synthesizing customer needs.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to plan, develop and provide product and feature management, education, and roadmaps to promote and showcase the client\'s products services and releases.
  • Understand business and end-user needs; identify and prioritize features to be delivered to meet those needs. Set expectations with business stakeholders for the delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories.
  • Analyze feedback from sprint reviews and other data such as end-user feedback and operational metrics to identify and understand product needs.
  • Work with the development team to create acceptance criteria and definitions of failures and done.
  • Assist the team in the development of feature tests, test cases, and regression tests.
  • Planning, creating, and documenting the product features, release schedules, development efforts, and product roll-out.
  • Creating, modifying, and owning user stories and feature documentation; working directly and indirectly with customers and stakeholders to gather, define, write, and accept (user) stories ensuring the work life cycle meets the definition of done.
  • Writing, editing, preparing, and providing technical documentation and publishing them appropriately to our Knowledge Base and related sites.
  • Working with the support and testing teams and the developers to identify, replicate, confirm and communicate bugs and implement recommendations of bug fixes to the developer team for remediation.
  • Identify needs, gaps, or missing processes and workflows, either owning the creation and monitoring of processes or working with others in the company.
Your strengths include:
  • Experience as an agile Product Owner/Manager and Business Analyst.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience using systems like Figma to create clickable prototypes and basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
  • Product owner certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification) are a plus.
  • Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your team.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • A strong business mindset to analyze data points, assess an opportunity, make prioritization recommendations, and craft a well-thought-out strategy and execution plan.
  • Can speak intelligently and build credibility with designers, cross-functional leadership, and engineers while always striving to learn or understand their domain.
  • A self-starter attitude with proven ability to define an idea or goal and drive to completion no matter the obstacle.
  • Robust and active listening, collaboration, and trust-building skills.
