We are looking for a

Product Merchandise Administrator

to support our womenswear team in product development and marketing. This role is at the intersection of fashion and technology--supporting traditional merchandising functions while embracing new digital tools, data-driven insights, and AI-powered systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the product journey.

Reporting to the Director, Merchandising, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for fashion. It is an exciting opportunity to learn the merchandise function of an iconic Canadian retailer. This entry-level role provides valuable exposure to the buying team, offering hands-on learning and potential for future career advancement

Responsibilities:

Partner with merchandising team to coordinate sample delivery, verification and providing outfit styling recommendations to the team Maintain buying working documents Support data entry requirements for purchase orders and assist with purchase order Monthly Control verification against Fashion plans Assist with maintaining fabric and colour library including lab dip management Support in coordinating and scheduling all aspects of eCommerce photoshoots on monthly and quarterly timelines. Point of contact for web product content inquiries from cross functional partners. Support the Marketing team with sample collections and coordination for special projects initiatives. Maintenance of all samples for buying, technical design and marketing Contribute to process improvement by exploring and applying AI-driven tools for product data accuracy, digital content management, and forecasting support.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or Graduate in Fashion Merchandising, Business or a related field. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and retail management systems. Experience working with AI Excellent communication-written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong organization skills with the ability to multitask priorities.
