The Job
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for LGM products in support of corporate goals. The Product Marketing Manager will:
Work with the strategic insights team to conduct market research, identifying customer needs and preferences.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
Create go-to-market plans, including launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to create sales enablement materials.
Measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy
Review market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Messaging & Positioning
Craft compelling product messages that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels.
Go-to-Market Execution
Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Sales Enablement
Develop materials and tools to support the sales team.
Develop communications to help sales representatives convey product messaging and value proposition to dealers.
Performance Measurement
Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and tracking based on past performance and market forecasts
Report on project progress and KPIs, keeping executives and other key stakeholders informed
Own the tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics (ROAS, incrementality, lift, etc.) using a combination of in-house and third-party data
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills
Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B and B2C environment.
Strong understanding of product management and marketing dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Outstanding problem solving, analytical skills and ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Strong collaboration, partnering and consultative skills
Proven ability to work with & influence cross-functional departments
Ability to think strategically, implement and manage multiple projects
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Education
Post-secondary degree in marketing or business administration, or related discipline.

Experience
8-10 years marketing experience
Experience in insurance or the automotive industry an asset

Hybrid work model (2 days in the office)
The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000 + bonus.
