CoVet is an AI copilot application built to assist veterinary professionals by saving them time and allowing them to focus more on animal care--or even get home on time. About the role





The Product Marketing Manager will be the strategic link between Product, Partnerships, Enterprise and Marketing, responsible for orchestrating the launch and adoption of new CoVet features, products, integrations, and enterprise clients.



They will ensure that every release, whether a new AI workflow, partner integration, or enterprise rollout, has clear positioning, strong adoption plans, and cohesive messaging across all channels.


This role is key to accelerating

CoVet's adoption within enterprise clients and new partnerships

, ensuring consistent communication from internal launch through client rollout.


This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

What you'll do



Key Responsibilities



Launch Management:


Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, product expansions, partnerships, and enterprise deals. Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Adoption Enablement:


Drive faster uptake of CoVet features across new and existing partners (universities, corporate clinics, enterprise networks). Support internal teams with training, communications, and enablement assets.

Collateral Development:


Oversee creation of sales decks, product sheets, partner one-pagers, FAQs, and in-app messaging. Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure materials are clear, visually aligned, and localized when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Partner with Product Managers and Owners to understand feature roadmaps. Coordinate surveys, case studies, testimonials, and market insights to inform positioning.

In-App & Automated Messaging:


Guide and test in-app communication strategies,onboarding flows, update banners, and automation triggers,to optimize feature discovery and usage.

Enterprise Communication:


Manage internal and client communications for enterprise rollouts and updates. Collaborate with customer success and partnerships teams to track adoption milestones.

Partnership & Integration Marketing:


Work with integration partners to co-create marketing campaigns, co-branded assets, and educational materials. Coordinate with the Marketing and Product teams on joint announcements and feature documentation.

Ideal Candidate




You're organized, strategic, and collaborative. You love translating technical product details into meaningful benefits, and you're comfortable toggling between strategy and hands-on execution. You understand what it means to turn a feature into a story, and a story into adoption.

Qualifications



5-10 years of experience in Product Marketing Experience with technical products Experience with Account-Based Marketing is a plus

The pay range for this role is:



80,000 - 100,000 CAD per year(Remote (Canada))
