Establish the timing and focus of various product marketing campaigns across SOTI

Communicate our value proposition to the market

Develop comprehensive product-specific and platform-focused strategies

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

Collaborate with product management to establish a strong value proposition and develop compelling messaging across our key verticals to grow customer and prospect consideration for SOTI products.

Build and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that leverage the scale of our internal and partner resources.

Enable SOTI content creators as they use our key unique selling points to create messaging to support demand generation and sales opportunity conversions. SOTI content creators include our internal and external enablement teams, partner audiences as well as corporate marketing and field marketing teams.

Develop a deep understanding of our product development roadmap and maintain a detailed roadmap calendar to assist our SOTI content creators in the planning and the execution of campaigns to support both product updates and new product launch campaigns.

Build on research carried out by our Sales Engineering team to leverage its competitive intelligence and identify additional competitive product marketing research needs from the business.

Become well-versed in the type of conversations our sales teams have with customers in different verticals, various use cases for our solutions and in each of the roles involved in the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s journey.

Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to evangelize the \xe2\x80\x98so what\xe2\x80\x99 of our products and features to different audiences like customers, partners and internal stakeholders. This may include hosting regular online and in-person webinars and information sessions.

Work with our Corporate Marketing organization to develop compelling upsell messaging and strategies for the products within your area of responsibility.

Work with internal enablement stakeholders to prioritize the use cases and messaging to better enable SOTI sellers.

Work with the OEM and Reseller Partner teams to support the growth of SOTI partners by collaborating on product messaging for demand generation campaigns.

This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing and Channel Programs.

Experience You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring

7-10 years of Product Marketing experience in the high-tech sector. B2B experience preferred.

Experience leading, influencing and collaborating with a cross-functional project team (graphic design, video, communication, product management, field marketing, web teams and enablement teams).

Experience developing and executing successful Product Marketing Plans using project management tools such as Asana.

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills working across multiple time zones and cultures.

Demonstrated experience both updating existing content and beginning projects from concept to execution.

Experience supporting the creation of sales enablement content (proposals, one-pagers, blog posts, media articles, graphics, videos, sales presentations).

Proven writing and editing skills with an eye for detail. A portfolio of published writing - blogs, media articles and research reports - is a bonus.

Strong time and project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities with ease.

Device hardware or software technical knowledge/background is a plus.
