The Opportunity:

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will oversee ApplyBoard\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy for our AI-powered international recruitment platform. Your role will involve shaping the overall market positioning, crafting compelling messaging, and driving the adoption of our platform on a global scale.

This is a great job opportunity open to the following locations:

Canada: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Alberta and Manitoba.

What you\'ll be doing everyday:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product, target market, and competitive landscape, positioning our platform as the industry leader.

Drive the overall product marketing strategy, setting clear objectives, and aligning with the company\'s vision and goals.

Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to refine the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.

Messaging and Positioning:

Craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates our unique value proposition to businesses and job seekers worldwide.

Develop differentiated messaging that resonates with various target segments and effectively addresses their pain points and aspirations.

Create persuasive storytelling narratives to support our brand and product messaging across all marketing channels.

Collateral Development:

Create high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product insights and customer success stories, effectively showcasing the benefits of our platform.

Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials, delivering a cohesive and compelling customer experience.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product releases and feature enhancements, driving successful product launches.

Collaborate closely with the growth teams to design and implement effective campaigns that drive product stickiness.

Work with the sales enablement team to create impactful tools to support or sales team.

Market Research and Analytics:

Conduct in-depth market research, including customer insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to inform strategic decision-making.

Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Regularly provide actionable insights and reports to the executive team, contributing to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What you bring to the table:

6+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology companies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and effectively engage diverse audiences.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and demand generation teams.

Proven experience in creating impactful marketing collateral, such as website content, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.

Proficient in market research methodologies and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Highly analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize key metrics to drive performance and inform decision-making.

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
