About The Job

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Go-To-Market to build and manage sales programs across Brightly\'s products, markets, and industries. The ideal candidate is someone with the proven ability to: develop or co-develop marketing programs focused on business outcomes; grow revenue through the execution of data-driven strategies such as sales plays; and partner across the company to develop campaigns aligned to emerging opportunities in the market. You also bring strong analytics and research skills, and an understanding of SaaS sales and marketing best practices.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

  • Own go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for sales plays across Brightly. Lead the research and development of new opportunities for sales plays and campaigns using sales data, market trends, competitive intelligence and customer insights.
  • Communicate the value proposition, goals, and metrics of the program to key internal collaborators to ensure shared understanding and consistency throughout company.
  • Partner with other marketers in the creation of marketing assets and collateral including white papers, case studies, videos, blogs, and webinar to support plays and programs.
  • Support sales teams by enabling programs and plays including customer profiles, messaging, program assets, and supporting marketing activities.
  • Develop and track KPIs and metrics that measure the success of programs.
Requirements

What You Need:
  • 3-5 years of product marketing, marketing, sales operations, consulting, or related experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or marketing
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with proven ability to drive alignment and accountability around go-to-market strategy, planning and execution
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and measure programs that drive product growth with new and existing clients
  • Exceptional communications and storytelling abilities, including written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines
